The Solution

Our solution includes four two-bedroom starter homes, each featuring a ground floor lounge and kitchen with patio doors leading to private rear gardens. The housing units are stepped to accommodate the sloping site, with continuous roofs to minimize abutment work costs. We used high-quality traditional materials that ensure ease of maintenance.
