01. Inception

Stage 1 • Initial Meeting

We offer a free on site consultation meeting within 30 miles of Chester, above and beyond this distance we may charge a nominal fee to cover travelling expenses. This will be deducted from your account if you wish to engage our services. The inception meeting enables us to show you examples of our work and gives you the opportunity to discuss your proposals. We can offer advice relating to design, budget and feasibility in relation to your project providing you with a clear and concise quotation. We can also help to recommend any other consultants that may be required to complete your project to its successful completion.

Stage 2 • Sketch Scheme

Once you have accepted our quotation we can proceed to complete a full on site measured survey from which we can prepare detail drawings of the existing site. We take time at this stage to ensure that we fully understand your requirements and meet with our clients to establish a brief looking at site constraints, budget and timescales. We can then proceed to produce 2d sketches and 3D photorealistic images of your proposal for your approval.
